I have been on many forum but the search delay on this site is the worst. One minute is WAY to long to wait to search again. The most I have seen before is 30 seconds.

Also you should exclude the 'New Posts' from the search delay.

I understand the reason for it but you are also telling people to search for answers instead of posting. Yet I have to wait 1 minute to do that, I could post the question in 20 seconds. Seem faster to me.

Tom, give it a test run at 20 seconds. If the database starts bending, then bump it up.
