First of all, thank you in advance for your help.

I have a Pearl 8100, i have configured it, i can receive and send emails but i have a problem. I receive the following email quite often:

This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.

I've read in the forum that it is a problem of configuration, because i chose desktop redirector instead of internet mail services.

I uninstalled the desktop manager and installed it again, but i continue receiving that email. They also say that i have to delete the book services and send it again, but when i try to do it, i can't delete it.

Please, could you help me? i don't know what to do.

Thank you very much.

Regards.
