Default Why Ask for PIN in Profile?

Please Login to Remove!

That seems a major intrusion and security risk. I can't even imagine why it is even in the profile...

What's the story?

your PIN is just so other BB users can communicate with you and each other. There is no inherent security risk to you and your BB other than getting some unwanted messages from other BB users.

Intrusion? Possibly when others add you to their list...
