Request: is it possible to clarify Why do I need a Data Plan? section.
Maybe it does not belong in the FAQ and should be posted somewhere else.
The confusion, for me, is that T-Mobile effectively offers multiple data plans:
- BB unlimited email (BIS) which is a data plan for BIS but with no access to internet
- BB unlimited add on (BIS), which the same as the above with the addition of internet access.
- BES
Not sure if this is the same with other carriers.
It looks like some perople, like me, have subscribed to the 1st option, believe as I do, that they have a data plan, and yet do not understand why they cannot access internet (except through their wifi connection at home for example).
My point is that if the FAQ could clarify that data plans varry per carrier, that may help clarify some misunderstandings from users.
Anyway, just my 2 cents.
