I downloaded the app but haven't used it. Haven't had much luck with adding people!

Surprisingly enough I really don't know what foursquare is or does.. I see a lot of stuff pertaining to be people at particular places, but surely it must do more then say where you are?

I think you know more about the app than you give yourself credit for.

I have found some hole in the wall places to eat when I have been out of town with FourSquare. Sometimes it is better than Poynt or Yelp, in areas where there are a lot of FourSquare users. I tend to use it more when I am out of town than in town, although using it in town has shown me some places I had no idea existed.

Interesting concept, and will be more interesting to see how it evolves (or becomes extinct) in a year or two.
