I don't have the BB phone, but I will buy the *BOLD 9780* and I live in Finland and in Finland we don't have the service so its okey if I buy it mean its work or no ? and by the way I will buy it from Kuwait but I live in Finland... Please help me I need to know before I buy it

You will be able to call and text.
Data features will not work without a blackberry data plan, which if no Finland carrier offer, then you won't be able to have.

It mean it will be like normal phone... ?? no Pin and no email or some like that what BB have...

Yes.
To use the email or any blackberry DATA feature, you need a blackberry data plan. If no carrier in Finland offer blackberry data plans, then its just a normal phone.

I assume the OP understands that the phone will not offer very much for him. Basically voice and text which Midnight already mentioned. I just want to reemphasize this point
