HI Everyone,

I was wondering if someone can help out with the following problem please.

I have a brand new Bold 9700 with Telus (Canada) and last night for some reason, any photo I can't facebook come up as a white square with a question mark?

What is this issue?

I tried turning off the phone, unplugging the battery and still nothing - same issue?

Any help would be awesome.

Are you viewing the photos from the app (which version) or from the web browser?

The photos are being viewed from the app.

And its the newest version - 1.9.0.28

it works fine in the browser.

I'm having the exact same problem.

I had the same problem - and found this simple solution on a forum:

You will need to log onto facebook from a PC.

1. go to account setting.

2 security

3. uncheck Secure Browsing https

4. logon through your phone - if that doesn't resolve it you may have to follow the steps in my previous post



1. go to options

2. scroll down to clear cache

3. you may need to run the setup wizard.

There are some common problems which occur in some Blackberry handsets. Although, problems related to Social Networking sites are quite regular in Blackberry handsets. although you might find a lot of solutions which might prove to be beneficial too but according to me, best solution could be only provided by Blackberry Service center people. get you handset checked as soon as possible.
