"You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application." Hello, Today my Blackberry's screen died on me. I had an in-store warranty from the store that I got it at, though, so I went and got it replaced with a new Blackberry Curve 9300. Now when I'm trying to use Facebook or Twitter for the new phone, it's telling me: "You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. If you want to use this application, please contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan." However, according to Koodo's website, I still have Blackberry Social as part of my plan, which allows unlimited access to Facebook, Twitter, et al. Is this a common problem with a simple solution or should I bite the bullet and call their customer support? (In my experience their CS isnt very good, thats why I'm hesitant to call) |
Re: "You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application." Call customer support. Most likely the plan got dropped in the exchange of devices. |
