cheap voip caller or dialler with low rates

I'm searching for many days about voip caller or dialer program I can download for my BB 9800T but seems like I can't find what I like and has low rates. Could anybody has an idea and using any voip caller... Pls share it...

There is nothing like that for BlackBerry. BlackBerry devices are not Nokias.

I know BB has huge difference with nokia.. What I looking for is a dialler and compatible with BB Torch...
