Facebook message page stucked on updating for weeks.

Can somebody help me please. My facebook message page has been stucked on updating for 2 weeks now, I have deleted facebook, reinstalled it, clear the cache, taken the battery out and still nothing happened. What am I doing wrong? :?

Do you have a BlackBerry data plan from Vodafone?
