Please I have a problem accessing facebook and twitter application on my curve 8520. The prompt I received is that, "this application has been blocked by your system administrator. Contact your system administrator for more information" please what should I do

Are you on a BES?
Or if the device was obtained used, does it have an IT Policy?

No, am not on BES. It was obtained used though, I don't understand what you mean by IT policy.
