Default My BBM Is not working on WiFi

Hello, I started 4 months using my BBM on my home WiFi, And It was working fine over 4 months with me, and when i went out home i recharged my card and it was working fine too when i came back to home, i tried to connect it to the wifi my bbm didnt work, facebook-browser-whatsapp-twitter is working fine but only the bbm and msn, cause both work with each other.


I wish you could help me, Thanks

Try a hard reset first. That is, remain very the battery with the power on, wait 30 seconds, put battery back, test. If that doesn't fix it, resend service books and try again.

I removed the battery and waited over 30 seconds, but it didnt work tho.

What about service books?

And what do you observe? You say it isn't working, but what are the symptoms? Any error message?

No didnt got any error message, the bbm is not working no recent updates no old chats.
And about service books how can i do it?

When i entered Email Settings, It's says Your connection to the mobile network is turned on, but you are not in a wireless coverage area.

Is the mobile radio on, and are you in a location with mobile network coverage?

Did you turn off wifi? If so, does the BlackBerry show a connection to the mobile network? Do you see GPRS or EDGE in all caps?

Ok. We need to back up. You indicated your other BlackBerry services were working and only BBM was not working. If you see GSM, then you should not have any data service at all.

Have you called your service provider to check the setting on your account and to find out if there is a service outage?

Now, assuming you are not experiencing a data outage and your account with your service provider is ok and includes a BlackBerry data plan, see the following.

KB01631-BlackBerry smartphone network indicator is GSM instead of GPRS/EDGE
