We offer our latest design of a Power Amplifier for 10 GHz, the wellknown 3 cm Ham Radio Band. This PA is built aroundPower- FET and works on12 - 14 V DC. Current is typical ~ 6 A! Typical output at 200 mW input is 10 Watt, 250 mW = 11 W, saturated power ~ 12 Watt @ ~ 300 mW input level. Picture taken of a typical PA with higher power level.

This moduleis only130 x 60 x 26 mmin size and its housing is precisely milled,it needs a large heat sink to stay cool!!!!!Never use it without one!!
