I tested one pc on HP4277A LCZ meter, read data as below :
C=2720pF, D=0.002, Z=58.5ohm, Cos=-89.86at F=1Mhz
C=2709pF, D=0.000, Z=587ohm, Cos=-90.00 at F=100Khz
Almost is one ideal capacitor

Note : there are some oxidization on soldering leads, because the age.
You maybe need some workmanship to clean. Otherwise, everything is ok.

(1). Basicprice=choice first lot the highest shipping price from all items.
(2). Plus otheritems their additional lot shipping price.

the shipping costlisting on are: $5.5(first), $0.75(each additional).
So the total combineshipping cost=$5.5+$0.75x3= $7.75 .
