25 pcs TI (Germany) BC183 small signal transistor - US Seller:

For sale are 25pieces of Texas Instruments BC183 small signal transistors, hfe typically 180-250. These parts are NEW OLD STOCK (NOS). As you can see from the second picture, these were made at TI West Germany, the lot code is TJG and the date is May 1980. Some of these, maybe 10%, have an hfe around 300 but are not color banded or suffixed to indicate grade. The original TI spec allowed for hfe up to 800, but the highest I have seen in any lots so far was 547.
