Returns/ damages/ defects:
Items may be returned if no gas or oil has been in the unit, within fourteen (14) days after shipment is received. Buyer pays shipping costs. Please contact Generators-Plus for refund of the purchase price. Gas items once gassed or oiled, cannot be returned. The manufacturer will require the customer to visit a qualified service center for inspection.
Items damaged in shipping are the responsibility of FedEx. Contact Generators-Plus to replace the item and file a claim with FedEx. Defective items will be serviced or replaced by Champion Power Equipment or one of its 5000 authorized service centers by calling [phone removed by ] 8:30 to 5:00 PST Monday through Friday, or [phone removed by ] anytime.
