Our return policy is simple. If for any reason you do not like the items, send it back within five days of receipt and we will refund your sale price. If it is being returned because of a mistake that we made we will also pay for postage both ways. If we find that you continually win, get and return we will block you as a buyer. There are certain items that we will not allow to be returned and we will place that in the description of the item as follows: “This sale item is not returnable”. Now to add to this, unfortunately a higher percentage of items that we send out “disappear”. Occasionally we will send certified or registered with tracking.
