Terms of Sale
Payment in full is expected within 7 days from date of purchase. Any purchases not paid for in full within the 7 day time period will be cancelled, and the item(s) will be re-listed for sale. Unless otherwise stated, all Electrical and Mechanical Components carry a 7 day warrantee. If any item guaranteed by us is not in working condition, return it to us freight prepaid within 7 days of receipt and your full purchase price will be refunded. We are not liable for any consequential damages, loss or expense arising in connection with use of or the inability to use goods for any purpose whatever. Our maximum liability shall not in any case exceed the contract price for the goods claimed to be defective or unusable.
Sales Tax
State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Michigan. 6.00% sales tax applies to all Michigan residents unless a tax exempt form is presented. There are no taxes charged on orders being shipped outside of Michigan.
