While no batteries are required to be in line with device, if equipment hooked to a Power Supply wants to draw more than 120A (for this model),it is highly suggested to use at least 1 or more batteries to prevent the equipment hooked up to this Power Supply to prevent stress.

This Power Supply comes with a Brazilian style 3 prong power cord for operation.
For non-Brazilian country, user will need to cut off the cord plug and wire appropriate country\'s plug to the power cord for safe operation!

Some users may use International adapters to allow operation without modification of the power plug but we do NOT recommend doing this as it could melt the adapter if custom 120/220v wiring is not accounted for in the building.

The use of extension cords with this device is NOT advisable unless user specifically knows what he/she is doing. Please pay attention to the AC current draw rating of device for proper information on modifying device if necessary.
