Vintage IC\'s are becoming valuable and collectible.These are unused integrated circuits made in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. All are from unused lab stock. They are in great condition with a few bentleads that can easily be straightened with a pair of needle nose pliers. There are many types that supply a great variety of working functions forthe experimenter and educator. You will find many unusual CMOS IC’s inthe 4000 series as well as TTL, DTL, logic gates, rams, converters,registers, linears, drivers etc. Some are rare, hard to find and valuable. What you see in the photos is what you get.
Again, there are many quality IC’s here, not just a bunch of 74 series gates. Many are in the expensive ceramic package.
