Sold As-Is, Where-Is: Most of the items listed were used inone form or another in our laboratory for different research and developmentprojects, and are now sold due to the termination of these projects. At thisstage we are not able to completely test and calibrate the items, therefore, allitems are sold as-is, where-is,without warranty or guarantee, unless specified in the listing. All sales are final. Please ask all pertinentquestions regarding the condition of the item before you make your purchase, asyour selection may prohibit other customers from offerding. The operation of theitems is the customer’s sole responsibility, and he/she must have theprofessional skills to safely operate them. We reserve the right to refuse areturn based on customer not fully understanding the item description and the properway of operation or changing his/her mind.
DOA or Incorrect Product: All items described to be inoperational condition but received Dead on Arrival (DOA) can be returned forreplacement or refund (when no replacement is available), only if we arenotified within 7 days of receipt of product. Compensation will be providedupon actual return receipt, physical examination, testing, and serialverification of the item and all sent accessories. If any one of these criteriais not met, we reserve the right to withhold funds for an indefinite term untilall requirements are met. If you feel that you have received an incorrect item,please retain the item and all packaging materials and notify us ASAP. AReturned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns, so pleasecontact us to make a request for one. Returned items must be received within 7days of the RMA date or the case will not be honored. Original shipping chargesare non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping on all items, freight and insurance. Ifa replacement is sent, there is no charge for re-shipping. We reserve the rightto refuse any returns sent without prior approval.
Return Shipment: All returns must be received in thesame condition as shipped including all accessories attached. For claims, it isrequired that all original packaging materials be retained and returned withthe defective product. If the item has been tampered with and/or changed in anyway, from original condition, we reserve the right to refuse refund.Additionally, upon the receipt of the unit, we will fully examine the item inquestion, inspect its condition and verify the serial number(s). If the stateof the returned item is different than that described in the listing, wereserve the right to refuse refund. Additionally, if it is evident that theitem was damaged due to improper installation/use, we reserve the right torefuse refund. All return shipments should be properly insured. We will nothonor claims for any items which were uninsured and damaged during returnshipment.
Rates: Shipping charges are theresponsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Rates include handling,packaging materials, label processing, actual shipment, tracking informationand insurance. Shipping rates are also based on the weight and dimensions ofthe item(s) and your location. You always have the opportunity to pick up theitems from our laboratory in Carlsbad, California.
Processing Time: Once payment has cleared, we makeevery effort to ship the item within 3 business day typically within 2 days.Freight items may take longer due to the need of preparation for shipping.
Multiple Orders: In case of multiple purchases, we willbe glad to combine the shipment costs for cost savings. Please contact us andwe will provide the best rates.
Packing Materials: For securing your item throughtransportation, we are packaging all items with a combination of packing foam,bubble wrap, peanuts, packaging paper, and packing tape.
Freight Shipment: For freight shipment, shippingarrangements will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will be ready toassist the process. Additionally, there may be a crating/palleting charge to bedetermined on a per item basis. If you have any questions regarding thismatter, please contact us beforehand.
Not Mainland and for InternationalShipping: Theshipping rates are covering the continental US only (Alaska, Hawaii and RemoteAreas of the US may be higher). If the item is shipped to one of the abovementioned areas, please do not send payment until you receive a customerinvoice. International buyers, please contact us prior to offerding, as costsfor shipping outside the USA (or Alaska and Hawaii, inside the USA) will behigher. Please ask for quotes ONLY if you are a serious buyer. Shipment out ofthe continental US is determined on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the rightto refuse shipment to certain locations/customers if all of our requirementsare not met.
