If it fails after the first 30 days then we will need to physically analyze the probe to make sure it is a manufacturing problem (or to see if it has been dropped or mis-used). If it is a manufacturing problem we will fix it and send it back to you. If it was dropped or mis-used we will offer you a discounted repair quote and customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.RETURNS:
