Manufacturer Stud Capacitor Discharge Welding Machine System with 3/8\" stud range has capacitance of 144000 mf and offers 3-position capacitance change. System measuring 9\" X 14\" X 17\" is controlled by micro-processor and supports stepless voltage adjustment. Welder features diagnostic LEDs, a digital meter, fault codes, a cooling fan and dual grounds. Welder offers a welding time of 1 - 3 ms and the charging voltage is rated at 30 - 200 V. Welder System offers optimum weld control and operator safety and is powered by an 110 V, 20 A electrical supply.

Item is being listed as USED, we have made our best effort to check and test this item, nonetheless is being being sold “AS IS”. Any conditional notes will be listed in the additional information.
Equipment Inspection
We are open to the public, buyers are encouraged to inspect item prior to purchase.
Buyer shall have the right to inspect the machinery and/ or tooling at our location in Southern California during normal business hours, prior to time of shipment.
Email or call us to schedule an appointment. If preferred, a virtual inspection can be accommodated. We are available to FaceTime, Skype or Google Hangout to inspect item.

Taxes:
Prices do not include any federal, state, or local taxes, which are in addition to the purchase price and must be paid by Buyer. Any and all foreign duties and taxes are the responsibility of Buyer. Unless Buyer furnishes Orange County Machinery with a tax exemption certificate.

Our shipping rates are only valid if prepaid from our invoice. If you have your own carrier and wish to use them, we can ship out freight via the carrier of your choice as long as you provide your own paperwork.
** Prior to signing any paperwork, ie a BOL, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all freight for damages. In the event you determine anything is damaged, you have two options – 1.) Sign the BOL as DAMAGED and Deny the freight and it will be returned to Orange County Machinery for a refund minus freight costs, or 2.)Sign the BOL as damaged, and accept that the carrier is only liable for 10 cents per pound and that will be the MAX you will receive back. In either case, please take as many pictures of the damages as possible and make notes of the damages. Orange County Machinery is not liable for any damages caused by carriers. **
UPS/FEDEX
If purchase is less than 85 lbs, item will be boxed and shipped UPS, USPS, or FedEx. We will provide you with a total including shipping within 1 business day of purchase. Packing may include bubble wrap, packing paper, insta-foam packaging, or other forms of protection for securing the item.
At Orange County Machinery’s discretion, items that are deemed bulky and/or heavier than 85 lbs, we will NOT ship UPS/USPS/FedEx. We require freight shipping to reduce the chance of damages. If this impacts buyers purchase, we will cancel order at no penalty to them.

Buyer\'s Responsibility And Indemnity:
It shall be Buyer\'s responsibility to ensure that any machinery and/ or tooling purchased from Orange County machinery is installed and operated in a proper and safe manner. The Buyer also acknowledges that it may have to install or change guards, safeties, warnings or other components to ensure that the machinery and/ or tooling purchased hereunder will conform to all laws, regulations, ordinances, codes, insurance requirements and industry standards including OCHA.
Non-Liability:
Buyer/Customer agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend seller from any and all claims, liabilities or lawsuits arising out of the use of, or in any way involving injury or accident limited to occasioned by said equipment. Said agreement includes, but is not
limited to, the duty to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend seller in any of the following situations: claims involving or alleging improper or negligent design, maintenance, construction, reconstruction, repair, alterations, or modification of the equipment by the seller, its agents, or employees; claims involving allegations or failure, negligent or otherwise, on the part of the federal, state, or local government statutes, rules or regulations, or as is customary in the trade; and claims involving or alleging negligence by the seller, either by alone or jointly with buyer or any other person, firm, or organization. Buyer/Customer/user specifically agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend seller from any and all claims alleging negligence on the part of the seller and waives benefit of any laws, rules, or regulations contrary to, or in limitation of, this future, or any of the covenants recited herein shall not affect the validity of the remaining covenants. Under no circumstances shall we or any affiliate of ours have any liability whatsoever for the loss of use of for any indirect or consequential damages. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Orange County Machinery and employees, officers, directors, clients, associates, and agents from any and all claims, suits, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from the property sold.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of the date of the order, freight must be prepaid by the buyer, for a refund with the exemption of shipping.
We have a very low return rate. Please ask questions before purchasing any item.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs; original shipping fees will NOT be refunded.
