Residential Deliveries will incur a $75.00 surcharge (this can be avoided by picking the equipment up at the terminal)
Liftgate delivery is an additional charge of $65.00 and is needed for deliveries where a loading dock or forklift is not available.

Unless Otherwise Stated in sale: Most of our units are reconditioned to order and then have to be crated and packaged for shipping. Please allow 7-15 Business Days for your order to ship. Once shipped delivery will take 3-5 days under most circumstances.
Due to the large volume of equipment we sell and the fact that we sell on numerous websites and markets we are unable to guarantee the photos you see are of the exact unit that will be shipped to you.All of our units are reconditioned using the same process and the end result is indistinguishable. Unless otherwise stated all of our reconditioned units are covered by a 30 Day Parts Warranty and a Dead on Arrival Guarantee.
SES Certified Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
If a unit arrives and is not properly functioningANDwe are notified within 24 hours of receipt we will either dispatch a local repair company to your location or at our choice and cost return the unit to our location for repair and then ship it back at our expense.
SES Certified 30 Day Parts Warranty
If any part on a Reconditioned unit fails within 30 days of customer receipt we will replace it at no charge. Customer is responsible for returning the defective part within 10 days of receipt of replacement
We are dealers for all of the brands we sell and all units come with the full manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise noted.
Typical Manufacturer Warranty is 3 Years Parts with either 1, 2 or 3 year coverage on labor.

Waiver of Return Policy
If we by our sole determination waive in whole or part our policies, there will be a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping.All Sales Are Final.
