Shipping Information
We ship worldwide. Our preferred shipping method is Canada Post. However, we regularly use different carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and others for some of our international, overseas and oversized shipments.
All shipments outside of Canada require a contact phone number. International customers are responsible for all custom fees, import taxes and other fees applied by their respective countries.
Every item we ship is insured and the insurance costs are included in the shipping price quoted.

Returns
All returns are accepted within a delay of 14 days after you\'ve received your items. The returned items must be in the same condition than when it was originally shipped.
