Returns Policy
1)DOA (Dead on Arrival):If the item that you have received is defective, you should contact us within 5 days after delivery of the merchandise and report the problem to us to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. A close-up picture and a detailed report of the problem will be required for issuing an RMA number in some cases. The RMA number will be valid for 10 days only and the merchandise must be returned within the 30 days warranty period. We will replace the defective item for you if a replacement is available. If the replacement is not available a PayPal refund (including original shipping) will be issued or we may choose to send a company check in some cases.
Note:Calibration Issues, Software codes, Passwords, Licenses, BIOS upgrades or any software issues are not covered by our DOA warranty as we are selling hardware only.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges and compare them with recorded serial numbers.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable means.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless there is a mistake from our side.
If the merchandise is not received while we have provided a tracking number, please contact us to file a claim with the carrier.
2) Cancellation & Wrong offers:If you change your mind for any reasons like wrong offers, emergency cases, incompatibility etc., you will be required to pay a15% restocking feeto cover the costs of listing, labor and devaluation of the item. Also a courtesy positive response should be left before we cancel the sale.
3)Freight Damages:If the package you have received has been damaged during shipping and the box is deformed because of any mishandling, moisture etc., you should keep the package and contact us so that we can file a claim with carrier and request them to inspect the package.
