I turned it on and it made a quiet buzzing noise. I turned the dial and the hand on the guage moved. The power light didn\'t come on but then when I pressed on it to turn it off, the light came on as you can see in one of the pics. Other than that, I don\'t have a way of testing it so I\'m selling it as untested and to be on the safe side for parts or not working. Its dirty and could use a good cleaning.
