14 Day Return Policy:
No returns with the exception of items that are \"not as described\". We will only accept returns if the items are not as described. Returns only accepted on the complete lot. Buyer is responsible for return shipping & related costs as well as coordination. Items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee solely upon the seller’s discretion.
Refunds:
Refunds are completed once seller receives and inspects non-damaged merchandise within the allowable time-frame indicated in this sale. In applicable situations the full value of the items that are damaged may be withheld until an insurance claim has been completed. If a buyer’s actions were to prevent an insurance claim from being processed the seller may choose to not honor the refund request. Items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon the seller’s discretion. If an item has been damaged by improper use or subject to wear that affects it\'s value by the purchaser, the seller has the right to refuse the refund request.
Shipping Damage Claims:
The seller has the right to refuse damage claims if the following actions are not followed by the buyer:
1. Upon receipt of an item, if damage is noticed on the packaging, DO NOT SIGN or ACCEPT the shipment unless you specifically made the delivery person aware of the damage and it is noted in writing on the bill of lading. **Photo documentation must be made of the packaging in the delivery person\'s presence or at their business place, before the package is accepted by the buyer.
2. Examine the contents of the package and determine if there is any visible damage.
3. Contact the Seller’s sales representative immediately to notify them of the damage.
4. DO NOT discard any packaging including box and packing materials. The Seller’s customer support will file the claim and notify the Buyer as it is updated.
