Clean used Spectra Physics diode pumped, q-switched laser system. This is model J40-BL6-106Q which consists of a BL6E10-106Q laser head controlled by a J40 power supply containing a 40W FCBar pump laser diode module and Q-switch RF driver. The system has about 6400 hours with an estimated pump diode lifetime of 20,000 hours so it\'s got lots of useful life left. I\'ve tested it and it works great, producing >5W average power at the nominal 35KHz pulse rate. The short <8nS pulse width results in high peak powers on the order of 24KW. This was removed from a retired ESI wafer processing machine.
This system is controlled with commands sent over an RS-232 port. I\'m including a copy of the J-Win Windows GUI Software I used to test the laser. You\'ll need a Windows PC with an RS-232 port to use this. USB to RS-232 adapters work fine and I can include one if requested. Please note that the laptop computer and power meter I used to test the laser are not included in this sale. Note that this system does not have an internal power monitor so the power readings in the J-Win software will not represent the actual output.
