A Tektronix model 11402A Digital Storage Oscilloscope Mainframe.This oscilloscope can display up to 8 Channels at a time. Itcan be switched totouch screen operation.
This itemcomes installed with(2) Tektronix model11A34 Four Channel Amplifiers and (1) 11A33 Differential Comparator.
All the extended self tests pass except for the differential comparator. It gives the index as C1231 and says it has 1 fault. When we used the comparator with the oscilloscope it appeared to work and showed a waveform so we are unsure whether there is actually a fault or not.
Enhanced accuracy appeared to pass without error.
