Came from a college surplus sale years ago. These were lab demo items to generate an arc spark between the two poles. A friend of mine showed me how they worked and it was like a Tesla Referral or Frankenstein movie effect. I am selling for parts only since these are not toys. I will remove the two tower rods to make them fit in a flat rate box and save on shipping. Two nuts are missing on the power supply on one.
