Hello you are looking at a Vintage Heathkit Q Meter.
Model: QM-1
I am not sure if it works the way it suppose to, but it turns on very well, and the dial moves when the knobs are turned.
Also it looks like 3 knobs are missing.
The body is made of metal, has a few scratches, but no dents at all.I will ship it fast and carefully packaged in a sturdy box.
