Old ratchet tool kit in a velvet lined case that looks like an eyeglass case. The ratchet finish is like a (oil bluing ?). It is clearly marked J. W. Chapman, Kensington, Conn. U.S.A. It is marked \"out\" on one side and \"in\" on the other, to reverse the action. The ratchet is in excellent condition, no rust, works great. There are twelve bit retainers in the case, but only ten bits. Six hex keys, one I/4\" sq. drive, two slotted screw, one missing a small key.There is avery small amount of rust in some of the crevices. The steel case velvet is intact but dirty. The dark blue canvas like case covering isjust about all intact with some of it scuffed off on the corners. Each of the tools has a part number on them. The ratchet is app. 3.75\" long, case app. 5.25\" long x 2.25\" x .75\"
