1949 Singer 68-39Bar tack machine
Singer class 68-39 is used for tacking belt loops on trousers, knicker-bockers, etc,
it makes tacks from 5/16 to 5/8 inch in length each tack consists of 28 stitches including 3 tying stitches.
The machine appears to be in working condition
it ran the whole stitching process before the old leather belt broke that was on it.
Im sure it needs a good oiling and adjusted for your liking.
as its been sitting for years.
