Quite a number of users are reporting data network issues today on AT&T, T•Mobile, Rogers and Verizon in the US and Canada. Is it just Friday the 13th?

For the fourth quarter of 2008, Research In Motion/Blackberry, increased its market share to 19.5% from 10.9%, as its sales grew 85% to 7.4 million units, according to Gartner Research in reports just issued yesterday.

 MetroPCS Launches PrePaid BlackBerry Service

In a move that is long overdue for a U.S. cellular carrier MetroPCS has launched a Prepaid BlackBerry service. You can get a BlackBerry Curve 8330 with unlimited everything for $50 a month. MetroPCS did not forget about the enterprise and offers BES customers a plan for $60 a month.
This is an amazing step forward
