Default UMA on the Curve

Please Login to Remove!

Seemingly simple question but... Even if I do not have the Hotspot at Home plan, will my Curve use UMA to make calls when I have WiFi turned on and have an active connection? I'd imagine the minutes will be not be unlimited which is the advantage of the Hotspot at Home plan, but do I still get the advantages of VoIP? Thx.
