I am having troubles accessing the web with the Curve.
 

First of all...Hello! This is my first post.

I just got a new BB Curve with Tmobile. I got the TMobile Hot @ Home and it is all up and working and I am getting the UDM symbol. However, when I go to get online it says "You do not have access to this site." I've tried popular sites like yahoo and everything and still get this. Any ideas?

Are you sure you're using the wifi browser? When you go to browser hit menu and select "go to." Then when the window comes up to type in a website, hit menu and select "change browser." Change it to wifi browser and then try your web address again.

Did you get a Blackberry Data Plan along with your H@H? I'm just guessing you didn't and it's trying to access t-zones with the tzones browser by default.

I have a 8320 Curve from Tmobile. I just updated the OS to a 4.5 from Orange UK. I noticed that in my Browser Configuration I was able to select from TZONES to INTERNET and use any website as a hompage before the OS update. Now after the 4.5 OS update, I can only select from TZONES to HOTSPOT-BROWSER only. Which means that its either TZONES homepage (on TZONES option) or my personalized homepage (on HOTSPOT BROWSER option) when only on WIFI. I never had the HOTSPOT @ HOME option because it has always worked without it and Im never at home long enough to make $20 worth of calls. Anyone have any ideas how to get the Internet option back on my Browser Configuration?
