| When was the last time you performed a battery pull on your 8320? If it's been a while, do so now. Make sure to leave the device powered on when you remove the battery for a few seconds then put the battery back in.
What about the router, when was the last time it was powercycled?
If your device still won't get to UMA check to find out what error code you are getting. On your 8320 go to Manage Connection, then select Wi-Fi Options, then push the Menu key and select Wi-Fi Diagnostics. Scroll down until you get to the UMA section and see if there is a W or J error code on the Error Code line.
When you initially set up for UMA did you set up an E911 address on your T-Mobile.com account? If not that could be causing issues for you. It's something to check out. But check to see what error code you are getting to start with.
