Default GSM/EDGE or WiFi/UMA Preferred??

Just out of curiosity, what are people doing? Having their phones prefer the GSM network or WiFi/UMA?? Clearly if you have the 9.99 Hotspot @Home add on you have an incentive to prefer WiFi for the unlimited minutes.

I for one leave my phone to prefer GSM/EDGE and use UMA merely as coverage augmentation (I don't have the HS@Home plan). Seems to me the for the most part the GSM net is still more reliable and I figure I am paying for it anyway. Why give T-Mo the favor of using my bandwidth.

I made the poll simple to only use say 'preferred,' though I realize you can set phones for WiFi / GSM only.

I use UMA when I can. You're right, I don't benefit from it as I don't have H@H but I like the call clarity I get and it's a bit of OCD always wanting to know where it works and where it doesn't.
