The first troubleshooting action on a BB is almost always to remove the battery and reboot the device. Try that.

Thanks. I have done rebooting and removing the battery but the problem still persists. Actually, i bought the phone from Starhub carrier (Singapore), when started browser the first time, it might bring me to the internet by gprs ( i am not so sure). Then i changed simcard to another carrier and turned off gprs. and then tried to surf web by my home access point. Is there something wrong with that?
