Just got BB 8310 today £35 a month on orange and said unlimited emails.

can i browse the net free from my router and home internet

The 8310 doesn't have wifi.

If you have Orange's 'talk with BlackBerry tariff' then you have 250mb of data use as well as unlimited email.

the 8320 has wifi so you can browse through your router.

The 8210 has GPS and the 8320 doesnt. If you want wifi then send your phone back and change it for the 8320!
