Our IT folks took the WiFi off my 8820 because, at the time, WiFi wasn't approved. I'm changing employers and can now use the WiFi. The problem is, I don't know how to get it back. I have no clue. Its not as easy as refreshing the icons, it gone gone.

Any ideas?

You need to remove the IT Policy from your device, which is what is causing the restrictions in functionality.

Seach blackberryfaq.com for 'Remove IT Policy' and you'll find the steps to do so.
