A few more:

Slacker Mobile for BB -- streaming music player (free with ads, pay remove ads).

PodTrapper -- Excellent podcaster download/player. Newest release is very nice and only $9.00.

Nobex Radio Companion -- Internet radio player. (free).

Palringo -- latest version is very cool with text/talk/pics with others. Services available for nearly all other chat/IM clients. (free).

BBWeather -- still the best weather program. (free but be sure to use .84).

In Palringo you need to go into the Settings (BB menu key), General > and check the box for Connect via wifi.

I think this should get you going. Enjoy.

Yo B-Berries,

Just an update from me. These Apps work decently w/ Wifi and no data plan on my Curve 8320 TMO:

BBWeather 0.84
BBBrowser 4.5.0
BB Tran 1.6.3
Evernote 3.0.155
LiveSearch 2.0.3048.13898
LogicMail 1.0.4
Nobex Radio Companion 2.1.0.1888
Opera Mini 4.2
Palringo 1.01
reQall 1.2.086
TwitterBerry 0.9.0.6
Ubertwitter 0.55
WSJ Mobile Reader 1.1.9

These work too but I don't like them

Mundu Messenger/Radio

I got my BB for two days and I am a total fan. Let me know which apps I missed.

Works quite well, nice adjunct to BIS (I do have a data plan) to go look at folders and old messages when I'm away from home.
