Default 8320 won't wirelessly connect with FiOS? - 05-19-2009, 01:36 PM

We just had Verizon FiOS installed in our apartment, and while my internet speed is fast as can be on my computer, I can't get my Blackberry Curve 8320 connected for the life of me.

The wireless router Verizon uses is made by Actiontec. I have no problem connecting to it with my laptop and iPod Touch, just with my BB. When I search for wireless networks on my BB, my wireless network is shown, and with full bars. When I try to connect to it, I get an error message W010.

This is particularly perplexing to me as my BB had no difficulty connecting to our wireless network before FiOS was installed. Additionally, my BB has no problem connecting to other networks.

Is anyone familiar with this issue or have any advice?

I've spoken with Verizon, Actiontec and T-Mobile, and no one can figure it out!

Thanks in advance!
