Default Grey WiFi logo ,BBM not working - 11-08-2009, 12:26 PM

Hello everyone, like 1 week ago my provider suspended my data plan , Im on GSM all the time, so I started using my BBM with my WiFi in my house, college, etc. Last night I used my brothers SIM card in my bb , this morning when I switched again to my SIM card and try to use BBM doesnt work , the WiFi logo is grey but it says Im conected to my router, I can search the web and everything BUT BBM doesnt work , before when it worked the logo was white , now its grey , any fix for that ?
Any ideas whats going on ?

Blackberry messenger is a blackberry-branded service. A blackberry data plan is required. It sounds like it worked for a while after your service was suspended. I don't know the answer to that. (Maybe you still had the service books?)

Im thinking when I pulled out the battery to switch the sim card, maybe the service books were deleted or something ? does that make any sense ?

That's my guess. I don't really know.

I think it just took that long for RIM to get, and act on, the notification that your data plan was suspended.
