Question possibly an idiotic question but..

i've owned a blackberry for about 35minutes now and know virtually nothing about how to work it.

i was trying to connect to the wifi network at my dad's house so i didn't have to use the data, i managed to enable the wifi, find the network, however it wants me to long in using a WEP type password. my dad doesn't know it and the only way i've connected to the wireless network here on various computers is to enter the password. is there a way for that to work on a blackberry? for me to change it from wep password to the one i'd use from a laptop?

idk if that's silly but hopefully someone can clear this up.

side note it's a 9000 bold if that changes anything

a WEP code is the pasword to the wifi.

wether you are on a blackberry, iphone, laptop, Tivo, Desktop, zune, etc, it is always the same as the password is on the router, not the device
