Default Can't connect to UMA, HELP!!!

Hi all! I was very successfully using UMA in my apartment (where I get no cell service) about a month ago. Then I left on a trip to Italy, and since getting back yesterday I cannot reconnect to UMA. I have the WIFI logo on the top right corner of my home screen and it says it's connected to my wifi network, but when I go into my manage connections there is the yellow circle next to the wifi (actually, next to everything right now). My phone is rapidly cycling between SOS and 3-4 bars at the moment, but whenever I try to send anything it goes back to SOS. I have tried taking the battery out and putting it back, as well as manually entering my IP address (it said my IP address was no longer valid, but it still says that). Any advice?

Make sure your connection preference (manage connections>mobile network) is set to wifi only or wifi preferred.
