I'm tryin to connect my 8520 to my wireless modem, the security is "WPA Personal" and I am copy pasting the password into where it asks for the pre-shared key on my blackberry, but it wont accept it as i think its 64/65 digits long.

Is there any way around this? its really annoying

type it in manually.
the pasting is likely screwing with it.

A WPA personal passphrase can only be a maximum of 63 ASCII characters, or 64 hexadecimal digits.
The BlackBerry wants the ASCII 8-63 character passphrase, not the hexadecimal key.

I have the same bloody problem, I'm getting so angry from what I have read there is no solution? I might have to change the settings on my router to WEP as it doesn't accept WPA2 Personal, If anyone has any ideas PLEASE let me know, it's driving me nuts. I have a Bold 9700 only had it for 4 days and want to get rid of it :(
