Angry UMA - Orange - 8520

Please Login to Remove!

Please please please someone help me out here before I go insane!!!

Since upgrading, a few weeks ago, to the blackberry 8520 (specifically for the UMA funcation as no signal at home) it did work 80% of the time. But now it isn't working at all. For at least the last week UMA has not been functioning.

I have my home wifi name on the screen and can use all the internet functions but the UMA is just not working.

Please help.....

Did you try a hard reset yet? That is, with the power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds.

It wouldn't hurt to reset the router, too. Shut the power off on the modem and the router, wait a minute, then power up.

Then try again.

Next step if it isn't working, re-send service books.

Then call service provider if you still can't get it, and see if it's a network issue.
