Default alt+nmll with UMA

Just an FYI:

alt+nmll shows your UMA signal strength in a numerical display just as it does with cell signal.

Default Whats your signal strength showing?

My UMA signal strength never goes above 3 bars any where, standing next to my router or at starbucks.
Just wondering what the norm is.
